COKER CREEK VILLAGE RESERVATION POLICY:

  • $100 Deposit required with reservation form. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Coker Creek Village guarantees your reservation provided the payment schedule, as set out below, is kept current

Very Important!  If more than one church is attending under this reservation, COKER CREEK VILLAGE requires a contact name and mailing address for all churches coming under this reservation. This information should be submitted with this form.
PAYMENTS:

Any payments made by credit card after the initial $100 Deposit will be subject to a Three Percent (3%) surcharge.

  1. Payment of 30% of projected balance is due by January 15, 2008, or 120 days prior to arrival, whichever is sooner

  2. Payment of 25% of projected balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

  3. Payment of 25% of projected balance is due 60 days prior to arrival

  4. Payment of adjusted final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

 

Failure to meet the above payment schedule will subject a reservation to standby status until brought current.
   
CHANGES:

  1. All Groups: Changes in numbers and/or programming must be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival

  2. Any changes made within 30 days of arrival will be handled as follows:
    Change in Number:
      

    Increase    : Only upon permission of Coker Creek Village once space availability is established and group may check in with balance due payable upon arrival.
       

    Decrease: No refund of any kind for any drop in numbers within 30 days of arrival.

Addition of Activities:

Very Important! Any activity additions must be made in writing to Coker Creek Village no later than 30 days prior to arrival.  NO ACTIVITIES WILL BE ADDED ON DAY OF ARRIVAL.
   

CANCELLATION:

  • More than 60 days from arrival: Group will receive a 50% refund of monies paid and a 25% credit toward following year's reservation.

  • Less than 60 days from arrival: Group will receive a 25% credit toward following year's reservation. NO CASH REFUND.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: All High Adventure Activities will be scheduled by Coker Creek Village. Special requests by Group Leaders will be considered, provided these requests are written, faxed or emailed and received in our office at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
     
Group Size:

  • Minimum: 12

  • Maximum: 275

Transportation to and from off site activities is provided by and the responsibility of each group.

Please note activity restrictions:

  • Tower, Low Ropes, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding: Minimum 8 years old.

  • Horseback Riding: 275 lb. weight limit. Ability to mount, sit and control a horse by oneself.

  • Ocoee River Whitewater Rafting: Minimum 12 yrs old. Hiwassee River Rafting: Unguided Trip, Minimum age: 8

  • Under no circumstances will expectant mothers be allowed to participate in any High Adventure Activities.
